Delivery normally occurs within 2-8 business days. We ship all orders on the next business day (typically from Massachusetts), and when possible we ship on the same day. USPS usually takes between 1-6 business days in transit.

Wherever possible we’ll ship your items together. However, there are times that we need to ship from two different locations and you will receive the packages separately.

Yes, please note that all international packages will ship via USPS First Class International. Shipping charges are calculated at checkout and are not eligible for shipping promotions.

Email firstname.lastname@example.org to let us know to expect your return (include your name, your order date, email address, and whether you'd prefer a refund or exchange). If the item is damaged in shipping we will pay for the return shipping. In all other cases, the buyer is responsible for return shipping and may ship back the product using their carrier of choice.
Returned items must be unused, free of any dog fur, and in the condition you received them. Your refund (excluding shipping charge) will be processed and applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 3 business days after receiving the returned items.
We recommend fastening any velcro or clips and hand washing with a mild non-irritating detergent (make sure your pup isn't allergic to it) or dog shampoo if necessary. Then open up the velcro or clips to air dry.
